This week on twitter I posted a lot about animal intelligence and I posted pictures of animals i cared about. I posted multiple pictures of wolves. Wolves are extremely beautiful animals so I enjoy sharing photos of them with my followers. The majority of the posts that I reposted were about canines and other big wolf like animals. Furthermore, I reposted a video of a mama fox calling her cubs in. I found this video super cool because not only did it show how great fox's cognitive abilities but it also showed how they care for their children and what it is like being a mama wolf in the wild. I learned that many animals use scent to detect things. Most animals have scent as one of their best senses. They are able to smell things beyond the human ability. This helps them find prey and resources in the wild. I retweeted classmates articles. Many of my classmates posted articles about animal rehabilitation. One of my classmates posted an article that focused on birds migrating and the dangers that are currently present. many of these birds are endangered and face many hardships within their travels through wild. It is important that we are aware of these issues so that we can help these animals on their paths. The article that I shared was about the top 10 smartest animals in the world. Animals cognitive abilities are extremely fascinating. Many humans do not notice just how smart the wildlife around us is. As we grow, animals continue growing along us. Everyday we find out more about animal behavior and why they interact with us the way that they do.
